Leon Gardens, Ebony Estates, Las Palmas, Casa Grande I and Casa Grande II Public Housing Waiting List

The Cameron County Housing Authority (CCHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Leon Gardens, Ebony Estates, Las Palmas, Casa Grande I and Casa Grande II is currently open. Applications are being accepted every Wednesday since at least February, 2020, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application from one of the following places every Wednesday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CT:
   • CCHA Brownsville office, located 65 Castellano Cir, Brownsville, TX 78526
   • Las Palmas Development office, located at 213 Orive Blvd, Los Fresnos, TX 78566
   • Casa Grande Development office, located at 104 Troywood Cir, Harlingen, TX 78552

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
