Beaver Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Beaver City Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please Note: This housing authority does not have public housing for families.This housing authority offers 18 one bedroom units for senior/disabled individuals.There are three ways to apply for public housing:1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 435-438-2935, Monday-Friday, during normal office hours.2. Visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 325 E. Ctr., Beaver, UT 84713, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.3. Request an application be faxed to you by calling/faxing 435-438-2935.Once the application has been completed it can be mailed, hand delivered, or faxed to the address and phone number listed above.
