The Newport News Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NNRHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting applications for 3-Bedroom apartments at Orcutt Townhomes l Apartments from April 22, 2024 until, April 23, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to call Orcutt Townhomes to make an appointment.
