Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications from June 24, 2024, until June 28, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $50,050 | 5 Persons $77,250
• 2 Persons $57,200 | 6 Persons $82,950
• 3 Persons $64,350 | 7 Person $88,700
• 4 Persons $71,500 | 8 Persons $94,400

Selection Process

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
