Cardinal Village, Cedar Terrace, Ingram Heights, and Pleasant View Public Housing Waiting List

The Danville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (DRHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for Cardinal Village, Cedar Terrace, Ingram Heights, and Pleasant View Apartments from March 11, 2024, until April 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Cardinal Village
• Cedar Terrace 
• Ingram Heights 
• Pleasant View

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
