Melrose Towers Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

The Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for Studio apartments at Melrose Towers Apartments from May 6, 2024, until May 10, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open. 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application from the RHA management office.
