Morningside Manor, Studio and 1-Bedroom Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Morningside Manor from November 6, 2023, until November 10, 2023. This waiting list was last open in January, 2020. There is no notice when this waitlist will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Morningside Manor, located in Roanoke, Virginia.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application from the RRHA management office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
