Wise County Redevelopment and Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Wise County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (WCRHA) waiting list for Public Housing Apartments is currently open.

The WCRHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of May, 2015, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the application available online.
2. Pick up a pre-application at the WCRHA office, located at 107 Litchfield Street NW, Coeburn, VA 24230.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be mailed to:

Copies of the following documentation is required of all members of the household: Picture ID (if 18+), birth certificate, Social Security Card, DD 214 (if a veteran), income verification (if applicable).
