Housing Authority of the City of Buckhannon Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Buckhannon (HACB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACB offers one Public Housing community with 84 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACB to pick up an application, located at 23 Hinkle Dr., Buckhannon, WV 26201, from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand-delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am, on the second and third Wednesday of every month.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACB does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed onto the waiting list by date and time the application is received.For more information, the HACB can be reached by calling (304) 472-1305 from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
