Housing Authority of the City of Dunbar Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Dunbar (HACD) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACD offers one Public Housing community with 101 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACD to submit an application in person, located at 900 Dutch Hollow Rd., Dunbar, WV 25064, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, Social Security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when filling out the application.The HACD does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by date and time the application is received.For more information, the HACD can be reached by calling (304) 768-8006 during normal office hours.
