Housing Authority of the City of Spencer Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Spencer (HACS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACS offers one Public Housing community with 109 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 601 Market St. # 1, Spencer, WV 25276, from 9:00 am until 11:30 am, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 11:30 am, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, Social Security cards, proof of income, child support documentation, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACS does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed by date and time the application is received.For more information, the HACS can be reached by calling (304) 927-4181, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
