Senior / Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Menomonie (HACOM) is accepting Senior (50+) and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of October 12, 2022, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Pick up an application from the HACOM office, located at 1202 10th St E., Menomonie, WI 54751.
2. Call (715) 235-0656 to request an application by mail.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the HACOM office, address mentioned above.
2. Hand delivered to the HACOM office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
