The Clintonville Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The CHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The CHA offers one Public Housing program with 61 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the CHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 25 N 12th St., Clintonville, WI 54929, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (715) 823-3541 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the CHA at (715) 823-3541 during normal office hours.
