Westby Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Westby Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 35 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the WHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 503 S Main St, Westby, WI 54667, from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, CT.2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (608) 634-4810, from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the WHA office at (608) 634-4810, from 11:30 am until 3:30 am, Monday-Thursday.
