The Eau Claire County Housing Authority (ECHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: the ECCHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.The ECCHA offers one public Housing community with 16 units for families, ranging in size from 3 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the ECCHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 721 Oxford Avenue, Room 3344, Eau Claire, WI 54703, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the ECCHA website, or call the office at (715) 839-4741 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
