Guin Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Guin Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The GHA offers one Public Housing community with 183 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.To apply, visit the GHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 340 11th Ave. W, Guin, AL 35563, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-applications: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The GHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the GHA office at (205) 468-2637 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
