Boaz Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

Please note: The Boaz Housing Authority also manages the Crossville Housing Authority.The Boaz Housing Authority (BHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The BHA offers four Public Housing communities with 451 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the BHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 400 Woodley Terrace, Boaz, AL 35957, from 7:30 am until 11:30 am; and 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the BHA office to schedule an appointment at (256) 593-5824 from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.Preferences were not identified.For more information, visit the BHA website, or call the office at (256) 593-5824 from 7:30 am until 11:30 am; and 12:30 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
