Delta Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Delta Housing Authority (DHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

There are three ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online. Click the link titled "Click here for the Public Housing Pre-Application"
2. Pick up an application at 501 14th St, Delta, CO 81416, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm MT, Monday-Friday.
3. Call (970) 874-8387 from 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, to request an application by mail.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above.

The following documentation is required with the application: Birth certificates, social security cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and signed form HUD-52674 for each adult household member.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
