Cocoa Housing Authority Mainstream Voucher Waiting List

The Cocoa Housing Authority (CHA) Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from June 20, 2020, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, pick up an application from the Cocoa Housing Authority, located at 828 Stone Street, Cocoa, Florida 32922.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Non-elderly persons with disabilities who are transitioning out of institutional or other segregated settings
• Non-elderly persons with disabilities who have previously experienced homelessness and are currently a client in a permanent supportive housing or rapid rehousing project
• Non-elderly persons with disabilities who are referred by a partnering homeless service organization.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
