Homestead, Florida Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Homestead Housing Authority (HHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from August 28, 2023, until September 1, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $36,150 | 5 Persons $55,750
• 2 Persons $41,300 | 6 Persons $59,900
• 3 Persons $46,450 | 7 Person $64,000
• 4 Persons $51,600 | 8 Persons $68,150

Preferences have not been confirmed.

2500 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
