Montgomery County, Illinois Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Montgomery County Housing Authority (MCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from August 12, 2019 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the application that is online here. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select the "Download Application" button.

Once the application has been completed, call the MCHA office at (217) 532-3672, Ext: 221 or 229 to schedule an appointment interview. All adult (18+) members of the household must be present at the interview. Applications will not be accepted by mail.Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
