Anne Arundel County, Maryland Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 10, 2019, until further notice. Applications were last accepted on July, 2014.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online application.
2. Complete an application in person at the HCAAC Admissions & Occupancy Department, located at 7483 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd, Glen Burnie, MD 21061.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Substandard Housing (3 Points)
• Involuntary Displacement (3 Points)
• Paying in Excess of 50% of Income for Rent (3 Points)
• Living or Working in Anne Arundel County (1 Point)
• Working Family (1 Point)

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
