Washington County, Maryland Mainstream Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Washington County (HAWC) is accepting Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed date of February 16, 2023, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Applicants who are between the ages of 18 and 62, disabled, homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
