Rockville, Maryland Mainstream Voucher Waiting List

The Rockville Housing Enterprises (RHE) is accepting Mainstream Section 8 housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 3, 2023, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Please note: According to the RHE Administrative Plan, "All mainstream vouchers will now serve households that include a non-elderly person(s) with disabilities, defined as any family that includes a person with disabilities who is at least 18 years old and not yet 62 years old at the effective date of the initial Housing Assistance Payment."

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
