Non-Elderly Disabled Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Montcalm County Housing Commission (MCHC) last accepted Non-Elderly Disabled Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed date of February 15, 2024, until December 31, 2024. This waiting list was last open in September, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to apply in person at the Montcalm County Housing Commission office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
