Clay County, Minnesota Limited Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Clay County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The CCHRA last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher applications for this waiting list from February 1, 2022, until September 1, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the CCHRA, this waiting list was "for the following preference category:

•  Families who contain a member under age 50 with a disabling condition who reside, work, or have been offered employment in Clay County, MN".

There were three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Call the CCHRA to request an application by mail.
2. Pick up an application from the CCHRA.
3. Mail the CCHRA to request an application by mail.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Families who contain a member under age 50 with a disabling condition who reside, work, or have been offered employment in Clay County, MN.

It was not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
