Plymouth, Minnesota Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority (PHRA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 9, 2024, until July 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $43,500 | 5 Persons $67,100
• 2 Persons $49,700 | 6 Persons $72,050
• 3 Persons $55,900 | 7 Person $77,050
• 4 Persons $62,100 |

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences: Involuntarily displaced by natural disaster, government action, owner action, domestic violence, or hate crime; homeless and living in a shelter or transitional housing; rent burdened; live or work in Hennepin County; head of household is unable to work due to disability.

Selection Process

500 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
