Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston, Wabasha, and Winona County, Minnesota Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications on August 7, 2023, until February 14, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
