Richfield, Minnesota Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Richfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The RHRA last accepted Section 8 HCV applications for this waiting list from January 18, 2022, until January 28, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the Housing Link public notice, the RHRA states, "95% of the waiting list placements will be households that live, work or attend school full-time in Richfield."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person Household: $36,750 | 5 Person Household: $56,650
• 2 Person Household: $42,000 | 6 Person Household: $60,850
• 3 Person Household: $47,250 | 7 Person Household: $65,050
• 4 Person Household: $52,450 | 8 Person Household: $69,250

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

600 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery.
