Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan County, Minnesota Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The South Central Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SCMMCHRA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from June 6, 2018 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply:

1. Download and print the application online.
2. Call (507) 345-1977 or (800) 733-9564 to request an application through mail by leaving a clearly spoken request for the Housing Choice Voucher application along with name and mailing address, including zip code.
3. Pick up an application at the offices of SCMMCHRA located at 422 Belgrade Avenue, Suite 102, North Mankato, Minnesota, 56003 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, on Fridays.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Persons who live, work or attend school locally.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
