The Housing Authority of the City of Sikeston (HACS) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.There are two ways to apply: 

  1. Visit the HACS to pick up an application, located at 360 Allen Blvd, Sikeston, MO 63801, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (573) 471-9706 during the hours listed above.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Be sure to include these original documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and a government or state issued ID for all adult household members.
