8-11 Mainstream Voucher Waiting List

The Jersey City Housing Authority (JCHA) is accepting 8-11 Mainstream Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from June 1, 2023 at 12:00 am ET, until further notice.

Please note: The 8-11 Mainstream Vouchers assist non-elderly persons with disabilities who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Non-Elderly persons with disabilities who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
