Edison, New Jersey Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Edison Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from June 19, 2023, until June 23, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $50,050 | 5 Persons $77,200
• 2 Persons $57,200 | 6 Persons $82,900
• 3 Persons $64,350 | 7 Person $88,900
• 4 Persons $ 71,450 | 8 Persons $94,350

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Veteran
• Live or work in the Township of Edison

600 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
