Englewood, New Jersey Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Englewood Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 10, 2024, until July 24, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $43,350 | 5 Persons $69,950
• 2 Persons $51,800 | 6 Persons $75,150
• 3 Persons $58,300 | 7 Person $80,300
• 4 Persons $64,750 | 8 Persons $85,550

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preference:

• Residents who live and/or work in The City of Englewood. 

Selection Process

300 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
