The Phillipsburg DCD Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from December 28, 2020, until December 30, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $34,450 | 5 Persons $53,100
• 2 Persons $39,350 | 6 Persons $57,050
• 3 Persons $44,250 | 7 Persons $60,950
• 4 Persons $49,150

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Town of Phillipsburg residents

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
