West Orange, New Jersey Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The West Orange Public Housing Agency (WOPHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from May 3, 2024 at 8:30 am ET, until 300 applications were received. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list had the following properties:

• Local Residents of the West Orange Township
• Veterans
• Disabled Veterans
• Working/Elderly/Disabled
• Domestic Violence

300 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
