Housing Authority of the City of Tucumcari Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Tucumcari (HACT) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.Tucumacari, NM is about 165 miles east of Santa Fe, NM.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HACT to pick up a pre-application, located at 323 E Smith Ave., Tucumcari, NM 88401, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed/emailed/faxed by calling (575) 461-4403 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm MT, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACT does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, the HACT can be reached by calling (575) 461-4403, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
