The Housing Authority of the City of Needles last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from July 1, 2024, until July 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Pick up an application at the City of Needles Housing Authority office, located at 908 Sycamore Dr, Needles, CA 92363.
2. Call 760-326-3222 to request an application be mailed.
