Cuyahoga County, Ohio Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from November 9, 2020, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Insufficient Funding
• PHA-Displaced
• Victims of Disaster
• Emergency Transfer
• Money Follows the Person/Ohio Home Choice Preference
• Moving on Preference
• Housing Mobility Demonstration
• Residency Preference
• FUP Youth Preference

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
