Muskingum County, Ohio Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority (ZMHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 8, 2024, until April 15, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application that was available on the ZMHA website.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $27,450 | 5 Persons $42,350
• 2 Persons $31,400 | 6 persons $45,500
• 3 Persons $35,300 | 7 Persons $48,650
• 4 Persons $39,200 | 8 Persons $51,750

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
