Scioto and Lawrence County, Ohio Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Portsmouth Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least October, 2019, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, visit the PMHA Administrative Office, located at 410 Court Street Portsmouth, OH 45662, from 8:00 am until 11:30 am ET, Monday-Friday.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
