Ross County, Ohio Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Chillicothe Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from October 1, 2020, until October 7, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 person $22,800
• 2 person $26,050
• 3 person $29,300
• 4 person $32,550
• 5 person $35,200
• 6 person $37,800

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
