Housing Authority of Douglas County Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Douglas County Housing Authority (DCHA) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List applications.

There are two ways to apply for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher:

1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 541-673-6548, during normal office hours.

2. Visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 902 W. Stanton St., Roseburg, Oregon 97470, Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, and Fridays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
