Sunbury Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Sunbury Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely. To apply, you must visit the SHA office in person to pick up an application, located at 705 Market Street, P.O. Box 458, Sunbury, PA 17801, during normal office hours. Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to bring these original documents with you: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members. The SHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and/or work in Sunbury, victim of domestic violence, elderly, disabled, or victim of natural disaster.For more information, the SHA can be reached by calling 570-286-8563 during normal office hours.
