Beaver County, Pennsylvania Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Beaver (HACB) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 9, 2021, until August 13, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the application in person at the HACB central office.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 person $44,750 | 5 persons $73,300
• 2 persons $54,300 | 6 persons $78,750
• 3 persons $61,100 | 7 persons $84,150
• 4 persons $67,850 | 8 persons $89,600

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Resident of County of Beaver

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
