Cambria County, Pennsylvania Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Johnstown Housing Authority (JHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open. Applications are being accepted from March 1, 2021 at 8:00 am ET, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the application at the JHA administrative building, located at 501 Chestnut St. Johnstown, PA,  between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

1. Live or work in Cambria County, Pennsylvania
2. Veterans

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
