Fort Mill, South Carolina Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Fort Mill (HAFM) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is closed.

The HAFM accepted applications for this waiting list from January 27, 2025 at 8:00 am, until February 3, 2025 at 7:59 am ET. The last time the waiting list was open before that was in January of 2023. Given this pattern, we would expect the waiting list to open back up in early 2027.

To apply during the opening period, applicants had to complete the online application that will be available here.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
