The Etowah Housing Authority (EHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of March 27, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly and Disabled applicants.

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the application at the EHA office, located at 400 Sunset Drive, Etowah, TN, 37331, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm EDT (closed from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.
