Oak Ridge, Tennessee Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Oak Ridge Housing Authority (ORHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the ORHA to pick up an application, located at 10 Van Hicks Rd, Oak Ridge, TN 37830, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm ET on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; and on Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm.
2. Download and print the application online here. Click the link titled "Click here to download the application."

Once the application has been completed, call the ORHA to schedule an application interview at (865) 482-1006, Ext 122.

The following documentation is required with the application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

This waitign list has the following preferences: Displaced from the voucher program due to reductions in federal funding, veterans, elderly, disabled, or working family.
