Walker Settlement Voucher Tenant-Based Waiting List

The Dallas Housing Authority (DHA) Walker Settlement Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open.

The DHA is accepting applications for this wait list from January 21, 2020 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.

Please note: According to the DHA, "For the purposes of the Walker Settlement–Housing Voucher Program open enrollment, Walker Settlement class members with gross annual income from all members of their household which is at or below the Area Medium Income corresponding to the number of persons in your household...may be eligible to participate in the program. To be considered eligible for a Walker Settlement Voucher, the head of household must be African-American."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Those needing access to a computer or the internet may use a computer at any branch of the Dallas Public Library or a computer kiosk at the DHA office located at 2575 Lone Star Drive, Dallas, TX 75212.
